Welcome to Capo & Co, the passion project of local restaurant owner, Antonio Mannino.

Our story begins in 1991 when Antonio Mannino moved to the United States from Sicily, Italy, and started his own family restaurant, Italiano Delite. After growing his small business for a few years, he knew the Lehigh Valley was his home. So in 1996, Antonio became a United States citizen. Antonio gained tons of experience from running Italiano Delite, but by 2020, he was ready to take on a new challenge. While watching an episode of Bar Rescue one night, the idea to open a 1920s-themed bar struck him. This concept would give the Lehigh Valley a bar and restaurant experience unlike any other. He decided to completely revamp Italiano Delite into something new. After careful planning, multiple helping hands, and years of experience in the making, Capo & Co opened its doors on June 23, 2022.
